This item is a posable, pre-painted soft-vinyl figure designed for collectors. Very nicely painted, simple figure of Kamen Rider Blade. Some limited motion at the waist, and shoulders, but otherwise this is a fixed-pose figure. Comes with his Blay Rouzer and a Rouze card. It does not require either painting or cement to complete or use.
