This item is a posable, pre-painted soft-vinyl figure designed for collectors. Very nicely painted PVC figure of Kamen Rider Karis. Includes his Garren Rouser (weapon) and a Rouse card. Some limited motion at the waist, and shoulders, but otherwise this is a fixed-pose figure. It does not require either painting or cement to complete or use.
