This item is a posable, pre-painted soft-vinyl figure designed for collectors. Very nicely painted PVC figure of Kamen Rider Faiz in 'Accel' form, includes an original character card. Some limited motion at the waist, and shoulders, but otherwise this is a fixed-pose figure. It does not require either painting or cement to complete or use.
